Today I worked on the coding for my preloader and it is working. And I am also including art into the background. But I got the coding done, the preload actually loads, and I have the text included on where to click. The button is not included yet. To create the preload I just made two layers called frame, bar. I copied the outside frames of the box, cut, paste into frame "frame" then locked that layer and converted the box to a mc. inside the movie clip I created three layers called actions, loadbar, preload, the preload is made into a motion tween where the line increases as it loads.

In the beginning of games there was the ping pong game with a black screen and white cube. But now games have changed and games are even inspiring movie makers and being shown on the big screens at movie theaters and even in film festivals. Film and television directors are also entering the world of video game designing. Gaming artwork has become its own artistic genre and is even being showing in exhibits and galleries.

There is all kinds of places to get educated to help you learn video game design. More then 200 American colleges, universities and technical schools offer programs and courses in video game design. Games are opening windows to other countries that are having hard times, or just completely different. They let us see what its like or what’s going on even though we will never be able to go there or do not have the opportunity to it teaches us to appreciate other cultures and countries.
Video games are also being used to teach kids many things. Some games teach kids about world hunger, the environment, how to count, read, Internet safety, bullying and many other things. Video games teach people many things, and although there are some made for pure entertainment there are also many that are made to help educate the world about issues, and politics and many other things. Games can range from being for kids that are 3 through your whole adult hood, and games will continue to me made, and as long as games are around there will be a fun way for kids and adults to be educated.

Today I took pictures of all the sketches for my resume, and edited them all down to size.

In my review Elijah gave my art work a 10, and he said the following:

Liked: The theme of his interactive resume, art work.

I Would Change: Nothing

ORGANIZATION: 9

Liked: Nothing to grade. *Sketches*

I would Change: Find a way to incorprate text on menu.

Today I worked on the characters that will be in my resume. I have one and a half of them done which is the two main characters. Tomorrow I am starting the car designs, and putting them into flash. I based the character off of another drawing but changed them into my own and I think they turned out pretty well.

Today I looked for pictures of animated cars that I could rebuild into flash to begin the begging of my resume. I found a few images but they are all based off one image.
